Located just outside Edinburgh, Clifton Hall School is a leading independent school for pupils aged 3 to 18. The Challenge
Clifton Hall School required a reliable and cost-effective print environment capable of supporting a busy educational setting across multiple departments. Existing print hardware was underperforming and costly to maintain, impacting administrative efficiency and placing unnecessary strain on budgets. In addition, the school needed greater visibility over print usage, device performance, and ongoing operational costs. To address these challenges, Clifton Hall required a partner who could provide modern print technology, proactive support and long-term cost control, while ensuring minimal disruption to school operations.
Our Solution
Workflo Solutions began working with Clifton Hall School in 2017, reviewing the school’s print environment to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings. Following this review, three Konica Minolta multifunction devices were installed, significantly improving reliability and print performance. With support from Konica Minolta’s financial assistance programme, Workflo also enabled the school to exit its previous contracts at no additional cost. After the success of the initial deployment, the partnership expanded in 2021 with the rollout of a wider Managed Print Solution across the school.
