Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with businesses through various means to introduce Workflo Solutions and our service offerings.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their unique requirements, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Scheduling and attending meetings to present Workflo Solutions' Managed Print Services, Managed IT Services, Unified Communication solutions , Cloud Migration, Digitization, and Document Management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Full cycle sales from generation of opportunity to closure.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in managed print, IT, or telecom services sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM software is a plus.

  • Timely escalation of technical problems as specified in our escalation procedure to minimise any downtime.

About this Job:

As a Managed Print field technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Sharp, Canon and/or third-party products, whilst knowing how to resolve networking and operating system issues.

Job Duties:

  • Provide service activity, including performance actions and maintenance activities.
  • Provide installations and de-installations of our supplied products within agreed customer timeframes.
  • Recognise additional business opportunities or selling points at customers and report via appropriate channels to our account managers.
  • Timely escalation of technical problems as specified in our escalation procedure to minimise any downtime.
  • Digitisation
  • Actively communicate with colleagues to share technical information and knowledge.

Minimum qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in at least one of our OEM partner's products.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Developed analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused mentality.
  • Developed communicative and reporting skills.
  • Willing to work flexibly.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Manufacturer trained on more than one of our OEM ranges.
  • Good knowledge of IT services including networks, data communication and security.
  • Experience in both the office and Production Print space.

Compensation:

  • Up to 33k P/A dependent upon experience.
