Workflo Solutions Acquires Incovo to Strengthen Position as Scotland’s Leading MSP

We’re excited to announce that Workflo Solutions has successfully acquired Incovo, a move that significantly strengthens our position as one of Scotland’s leading managed service providers (MSPs). After three months of strategic discussions, we have fully integrated Incovo’s assets and operations into our expanding business, bringing even more value and expertise to our clients.

This acquisition is the result of a direct approach from Incovo CEO Chris Thomas, who, after deciding it was the right time to explore new opportunities, reached out to our Managing Director Michael Field. With a shared respect for each other’s companies and values, we quickly saw the potential synergy between our businesses and entered into an exclusivity agreement. The acquisition process itself was smooth and efficient, thanks to Incovo’s well-managed operations and professional approach.

The integration of Incovo enhances our capabilities, expanding our product and service offerings and solidifying our partnerships with leading vendors in hardware, cloud, and hosted communications. This is a significant milestone in our journey and allows us to offer even greater value to our 1,000+ strong client base.

This acquisition follows a series of successful business moves, including our previous purchases of Pyramid IT, TRM, Redwax Ltd., and MacD IT. Since our humble beginnings in 2007, growing from a small team of three to a multi-award-winning MSP with a turnover approaching £5 million, we continue to expand and evolve, bringing innovative solutions to our clients.
